Multi -family Property Tax Exemption Program
Staff presented an overview of the program.

• Provide information on housing targets
• Provide information on the Council's ability to implement criteria relating to climate goals.
• Provide information on the applicability of MFTE to a home ownership/land trust project.
• Provide information about average rents in the city compared to the rents for the newer
TUC developments.
