EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The current roof was installed on the City Hall Building in 1998 and has reached its life expectancy. The project is part of the current CIP scheduled for completion in 2026. DISCUSSION The City Hall Roof & Gutter replacement project was advertised for bid in May 2026 utilizing the MRSC small works roster, and nine bids were received and opened on May 26, 2026. The engineer's estimate for the construction work was $144,403.20. Staff have reviewed the bids for accuracy and responsiveness. Creative Roof Solutions, LLC. submitted the lowest responsive bid for $144,40.20, which is within the engineer's estimated pre-tax cost range.
