NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a Special
Meeting on Monday, June 22, 2026 directly following the Committee of the Whole
meeting, which starts at 7:00 p.m. at the following telephone number for the public to
participate in the meeting: 1-253-292-9750, Access Code 670077847#. Meeting link:
https://msteams.link/OPWF. The meeting will also be conducted on -site at
Tukwila City Hall, 6200 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA. For Technical Support

4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
a. Authorize the Mayor to sign a contract with Mithun for Lower Green Riverfront
Master Plan design in the amount of $380,000.00.
b. Authorize the Mayor to execute contract amendment #6 to Contract 24-093 with
Otak for Engineering Services for Gilliam Creek Fish Barrier in the amount of
$77,400.00. [Full contract amount $1,710,192.42]
c. Authorize the Mayor to sign a contract with Creative Roof Solutions for the City
Hall Roof and Gutter Replacement Project in the amount of $130,000.00.
5. EXECUTIVE SESSION
a. Potential Litigation Pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) - (10 minutes)
No action will follow in the open meeting.
