Select components and features will only work if using SSL. Minimum requirement: TLS 1.2 TLS is required for: Lucity Mobile Server Lucity Citizen Portal Lucity Identity Server EAM Web EAM Report Server We do not provide documentation or support for configuring the software to work with internally created or self-signed certificates. We recommend obtaining a CA certificate with a valid trust chain that does not require manual configuration of client systems. Considerations Avoid the same host for Services Server and Web Server (for performance).
