A. Contract Amendment: Public Defense Services
Staff is seeking approval of a contract amendment with Kirshenbaum & Goss, Inc. P.S. in the
amount of $49,000 for additional attorney services through 2026.

B. Ordinance: 2025-2026 Biennium Budget Amendment
Staff is seeking approval of an ordinance that would amend the 2025-2026 budgets for
Finance Department, Department of Community Development, Municipal Court, and Mayor's
Office.
