was called to order by the luayor, Chas. 0. Laker, at 3 P.M. Council-
men present were Stan Minkler, A.W.Thies and G.T.Jewell.
A moment of silence was observed in tribute of I.Ir. A.J.Erickson,
who died recently. It was moved and carried a Resolution be drawn up,
commending Mr. Erickson for his faithful service on the Town Council
a number of years ago.. Resolution No. 31 was therefore adopted.

It was moved and carried a letter be sent to Sheriff Callahan
asking that Town Marshal Chas. W. Shults be deputized, the Town paying
the bond premium.
It was moved and carried Town Marshal be allowed expenses of v25.
to attend the Governor's Safety Council meeting in Olympia.
It was reported that upon investigation it was found that one tree
only on property of R.P.Lrown was really a hazard. It was moved and
carried Mr. Brown be instructed to take this tree down when it becomes
mnsafe.
Upon motion Ord.. 210 was placed on its second reading by title
only. upon motion Ord. 210 was placed on its th'r reading an.a final
