The regular meeting of the Town Council old the Town of Tukwila
was called to order by the Mayor, Chas. O. Baker, at 3 P.M.
Councilmen present were Stan Minkler, A.W.Thies, G.T.Jewell and
Rudolf Regel.
The minutes of the meeting of Nov. 5 were read and approved as
read. The minutes of the Special meeting of Nov. 26 were read and
approved as read.
Current bills were read and upon motion ordered paid.

The report of the Water Dept. was read and placed on file.
Mr. Minkler reported 2 building permits issued in Nov. A petition
signed by neighbors of A.G.Radford signified they had no objections
to the construction of a garage on Mr. Radford's property, which
garage will also be used as a workshop.
Moved and carried the fdre dept. be granted a building permit to
build added recreation space to fire hall and include an extra beam
to support the floor.

It was moved and carried a letter be written to the County Health
Dept. and to the County Prosecuting Sttorney regarding yhe delay in
taking care of the bad sanitary conditions on the property of Mrs.
Ruby Smith on 59th. S.
Mr. Regel was asked to follow up and keep informed on the resolution
proposed by the Associated Clubs.
It was moved and carried Ord. J206 be revised.
The Clerk was asked to call the Tel.Co.re listing the Town of
Tukwila with a private phone.
It was moved and carried to call a special meeting for Dec.17, to
review and revise ordinances, and talk over insurance problems with
Don Pollack.
