was called to order by the Mayor, Chas. 0. Baker, at 7 :30 P.M.
Councilmen present were Stan Mibkler, A.W.Thies, G.T.Jewell,
Rudolf Regel and Arland Radford.
The purpose of the meeting was to review the pinball ordinance,
ordinance 176..
Mr. Hass, representing the Heberling Amusement Co. was present
He stated the Co. was unable to pay the Master fee of X300.00 per
year, now past due.
After some discussion it was moved and carried the Heberling
Amusement Co. be permitted to pay 2 the annual fee of 000.00
for pinball and amusement machines of their company operating in
the Town of Tukwila, allowing time for the revision of ord. #176,
this amount which would be 0150.00, to apply on any new master
fee agreed upon..
Meeting adjourned at 8 :30
