The regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila
was called to order by the luayor, Chas. 0. Baker, at 9 P.M.
Councilmen present were Stan Minkler, A.W.Thies, Rudolf W. Hegel
and A.G.Radford.
The minutes of the meeting of Feb.4 were read and approved as
read.
Current bills were read and upon motion ordered paid.

The report of the Water dept was read and placed on file.
Mr. Minkler reported 4 building permits issued in Feb.
It was moved and carried that if the Light bill for the Town
Hall exceeds 0.0.00 for a 2 month period the occupants of the
apartment shall pay the amount exceeding the 010.00. They have been
so informed.
It was moved and carried a larger light at the Bus stop be
secured with an additional cost of 0_5.00 per year.
Upon motion, ordinance 213, an ordinance authorizing additional
expenditures for office of Town Marshal, was placed on its first
reading. Upon motion, Ord.# 213 was placed on its second reading, by
title only. Upon motion, Ord.#t213 was N &aced on its third reading and
final passage.
Upon motion, ord.#214, an ordinance revising existing Marshal
ordinance, was placed on its first reading. Upon motion, ord.#214 was
placed on its second reading, by title only. TTpon motion, ord.# 214
was placed on its third reading and final passage.
Upon motion,ord.#215,revising the pinball ordinance, was placed
on its first reading.
Meeting adjourned at 9:45.
