Councilmen present were Stan Minkler, A.W.Thies, Rudolf Hegel, A.G.hadford and D.F.Hartley. The minutes of the meeting of October 6 and of the Special meeting of Oct.21 were read and approved as read. Current bills were read and upon motion ordered paid. This committee reported the Main kitchen anti the #1 Boy Scout cabin were unsafe and a hazard and should be torn down. This action to take effect 60 days after posting notice to this recommendation. O rdinance no.218, an ordinance increasing the salary of the Park Supt. was, upon motion placed on its first reading. Ord. #219, an ordinance increasing the salary of the Stre.;t Supt., was upon motion placed on its first reading. Ord. 220, an ordinance increasing the salary of the ;dater Supt., was, upon motion placed on its first reading. It was moved and carried to draw up an ordinance to increase the salary of the Town Marshal.
