The minutes of the meeting of November 2 and of the Special meeting of November 11 were read, and approved as read. The report of the Water Dept. was read and placed on file. The matter of meters blowing out was discussed at length. It was estimated that the meter that blew out in i4ov. had cost the Town 0_00.00 in water lost. The Clerk was asked to write the iockwell Tlanuf. Co., asking them to replace these new type meters with meters satisfactory to the Town.
