The regular meeting of the Tukwila Town council was called to
order by the -Mayor, Chas. 0. baler, at 3 P.I.:. Couiicil.nen present
were Stan Minkler, A.W 'hies, Rudolf Hegel, A.G.i- auford and lelvin
Watkins.
The minutes of tee .,ieeting of January 4 were read ancj_ approved
as read.
A letter from Police Judge, Darwin Dibble, was read in which he
expressed a desire to appoint idrs. Cecile Chelette as Court Clerk.
It was moved and carried his appointment be approved. T::e Clerk was
asked to secure a bond for Mrs. CTielette
Current bills were read and upon motion ordered paid.

bases of our new type meters with bronze bases, as they had previous-
ly agreed to do but would replace 12 only. After some discussion the
Council rejected this offer, and instructed the Clerk to so inform

Mr. Radford reported on local school problems.
The F!re Lhief reported they expect the new Fire Truck to be
delivered this week. He asked the "r:erican LaFrance Lire truck be put
up for sale. It was moved and carried we advertise for bias to be
opened at the March 1st. iae.::tins.
