Couiicil.nen present were Stan Minkler, A.W 'hies, Rudolf Hegel, A.G.i- auford and lelvin Watkins. The minutes of tee .,ieeting of January 4 were read ancj_ approved as read. A letter from Police Judge, Darwin Dibble, was read in which he expressed a desire to appoint idrs. Cecile Chelette as Court Clerk. It was moved and carried his appointment be approved. T::e Clerk was asked to secure a bond for Mrs. CTielette Current bills were read and upon motion ordered paid.
