The regular mooting of Lilt; Tukwila T0wn council was called to
order by the Mayor, Chas. 0. 'Laker, at 3 p.:;i. Councilmen present were
Stan i;Iinkler, August W. Thies, Rudolf :ae,c;e1, :s.G._tadford and "elvin
Watkins.
The minutes of the meeting of J= b.1 were raed an approved as read.
The Clerk read a letter frpm Don l'ollock stating the new fire truck
has been added to the Town's blanket liability insurance coverage. ti
letter from Howard Cooper L with copies of the approved anu
accepted equipment lease and purchase agreement for the new Fire truck
was received and noted.
Current bills were read and upon iaetion ordered paid.

Mr. Baker reported letters were sent to the hockwell nuf. Co.
stating the Tukwila Council were not satisfied with Lhe new agreoucnt
to replace only 12 cast iron bases with bronze bases anu probably,
would not think it wise to continue to prircnase this :deter.
A partial report of the v'ater Dept. was given.
Mr. lankier reported 2 building permits were issued in February.
Ie reported also that he was continuing to wathh the trailer parked on
Interurban eve. s. rie reported the rabbit hutches on property on 53th. S.
had been moved.
A complaint was ..lade regarding a bad health situation on Ashby's place.
Upon motion, Ord. 7/22G, an ordiannce relating to salary of Police
Court Clerk, was placed on its 1st. reading. Upon motion Ord. i; 5`2G was
placed on its second reading,by title orile. Upon ..notion, Grci.7raa6 was
placed on its 3rd. reading and finial passage.
Upon motion, Res.Tf93,a memorial to :goy Latimer, recently deceased,
was appio ted acopy of which will be sent to the family.
Nr. Baker announced the next meeting of the Assoc. Valley Cities to
be held in Vent on March 24.
