The regular meeting of the Tukwila Town Council was called to
order by the Mayor, Chas. 0. Baker, at 3 p.m. Councilmen present
Were Stan Minkler, A.W.Thies, Rudolf Regel, A.G.Radford and Melvin
Watkins.
The minutes of the November meeting were read and approved as read.
Current bills were read and, upon motion, ordered paid.

The Treasurer's report was read and accepted. The report of the
Water dept. was read and placed on file.
Mr. Minkler reported 7 building permits issued in Nov.
Mr. Watkins reported the Fire dept. officially declared the house
on 59th. S. across from the Town Hall damaged by fire beyond repair.
Upon motion, Ord. No. 229 was placed on its second reading, by
title only. Upon motion, Ord. No.229 was placed on its 3rd, reading
and final passage.

Mr. Minkler read an article from the Seattle Times regarding the
use of old houses, as multiple dwellings;pointing out the disadvantages.
Mayor Baker announed the Caucus to be held on Jan.3, 1955 at 7 :30 p.m.
Meeting adjourned at 9 :15.
