order by the Mayor, Chas. O. Baker, at 3 p.m. Councilmen present
were Stan Minkler, A.W.Thies, A.G.Kadford and Melvin Watkins.
The minutes of the Caucus were read, for the information of the
Council. The minutes of the meeting of eanuary 3 were read and
approved as read.
Mr. Baker asked the approval of the Council of his appointment of
Mr. Frank Zepp as Street, Water and Park Supt. It was moved and
carried this approval be given.
Current bills were read and upon .motion ordered paid.

The Treasurer's report was read and accepted.
The report of the Water Dept.was read and placed on file.
Mr. Minkler reported 7 building permits were issued in Jan.
There was some discussion the corner on 57 S.at S. 141st.
Don Leahy offered 3 feet of his property to widen the road at the
corner.
Mr. Zepp reported on work done during the month and talked over
his duties and Town problems.
Meeting adjourned at 9 :40 p.m.
