The regular meeting of the Tukwila Town Council was called to
order by the Mayor, Chas.O.Baker, at 8 p.m. Councilmen present were
Stan Minkler, A.W.Thies, Rudtlf Regel, A.G.Radford and Melvin Watkins.
The Minutes of the regular meeting of October 3 and the Special meet-
ing of October 26 were read and approved as read. Mr. Baker suggested
a copy of the minutes of the Special meeting be sent tothe Board of
Directors of the South Central School district.
Mr. Baker read a letter from the ling County Health Wept. in reply
to our letter of October 5, 1955, regarding fires on the dump at
Renton 'unction. Mr. Baker referred this to the Fire dept.
Current bills were read and upon motion ordered paid.

The Treasurer s report was read and accepted.
The report of the Water dept. was read and placed on file.
Mr. Baker read a letter from ,4 r. Cady clarifying some points
taken up at the Special Council meeting.
Mr. Radford was asked to write a letter to Wynn Anderson stating
the Street Committee approved the rockery and bank on the south and
north sides of 5. 153rd. St., and recommending he contact the Power Co.
regarding a pole, condidered unsafe. He was asked to write to Mrs. L u
Jewell regarding a tree either on her property or on Town property.
It was moved and carried the Clerk draw up an ordinance designating
the County Health Lept. as Enforcement authority in all matters per-
taining to iealth Sanitatio n.
Mr. Heinz requested the discussion on dogs be taken up at a later date
It was decided the matter would be postponed until January.
Mr. Baker asked the Council to meet with him each 3rd. Monday, for
an informal discussion on problems of the Water system.& P. fr
