ORDINANCE NO. 433
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING the City of Tukwila Comprehensive
Flan amending City of Tukwila Ordinance No. 251 and rezoning
property from R -1 to R -3.
WHEREAS the City Planning Commission and the City
Council have both held public hearings pursuant to City of Tukwila
Ordinance No. 251 as amended, to consider a change in the Tukwila
Comprehensive Land Use Plan to allow multiple family residential
use- R -3, in Block 3, Gundaker's Interurban addition to Seattle
and both bodies have recommended that said changes be made.
The City Council of the City of Tukwila do ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1: The Tukwila Comprehensive Land Use Plan,
Block 3, Gundaker's Interurban addition City of Tukwila to Seattle,
is hereby modified and changed as shown on the attached map from
R -1 to R -3, and
SECTION`:2: Block 3, Gundaker's Interurban addition to
Seattle, City of Tukwila is hereby rezoned from an R -1 use
district to an R -3 use district.
SECTION '3: The City Clerk is hereby directed to file
this Ordinance and map with the King County Auditor as required
by law.
PASSED by City`Cbuncil of the City of Tukwila this
19th -day of July, 1965.
