A Special meeting of the 'Tukwila Town Council was called to order
by the Mayor, Chas. 0. Baker ,at 3 :10 p.m. All members present.
The purpose of the meeting was to review the request of var. L.J.
Martholmey for a Business license to sell used cars and used furni-
ture at 14025 Interurban Ave. S.
Mr. Bartholmey had not been informed by his landlord of the
necessity of obtaining a 1dcense hence his delay in making application.
His application was accepted and it was moved and carried a license be
granted to him, with the following restrictions;
All furniture must be displayed inside the building, only.
No wrecking of cars will be permitted.
Sufficient space for adequate parking will be provided.
Mr. Bartholmey understands that if he should decide to change the
nature of the business he will be obliged to obtain a transfer License.
Meeting adjourned at 3 :17.
