Baker, at 3 p.m. gouncilmen present were Stan iainkler, Rudolf Hegel, A.G.tzadford, Melvin Watkins and Wynn Anderson. The minutes of the meeting of Lune 4 were read and approved as read. The report of the Water dept. was read and placed on filw. Mr. Minkler reported 5 building permits issued in June. The Tukwila Community Club sent a request,asking if they might paint the bus Stop, on the Highway. it was moved and carried they be given permission to do same. Mr. Heinz, Town Marshal, called attention to the fact that 0rd. #109 prohibits use of fire arms in the Town of Tukwila. This also includes air rifles. 167 Upon motion, Ord.# 236, relkting to the Firecdept., was placed on its second reading, by title only. Upon motion Ord. f 236 was placed on its third reading and final passage. Upon motion, Ord. 237, vacating a certain street, was placed on its 2nd. reading, by titleonly. By motion, Urd.# 237 was place on its 3rd. reading and final passage. Mr. Baker read a State Law which prohibits and regulates the transportation, sale and use of fireworks in the State of Washington. Metiting adjourned at 10 p.m. July 2,1956(conyinued'l gh<0.44.4.
