Baker, at 3 p.m. Councilmen present were Stan Minkler, Rudolf Regel, A.G.Radford and Melvin Watkins. The minutes of the meeting of July 2 were read and approved as read. The report of the Water Dept. was read and placed on file. Mr. iviinkler reported 3 building permits issued in July. i'1r. Henry Smith, newly elected rire Chief,was present and was congratulated on his new office. Mr. Zepp reported on street work on 56 Pl. S. Mr. Regel reported on the condition of the Town path between 56 57 streets. Mr. Baker asked him to tell those destroying the path it must be restored.
