Baker, at 8 p.m. coincilmen present were Stan Minkler, Rudolf Regel, A.G.Radford, Melvin Watkins and Wynn Anderson. The minutes of the meeting of November 5 were read and approved as read. Current bills were read and upon motion ordered paid. Mr. Minkler reported 4 building permits issued in November. Mr. 'epp reported that Mr. Corder desired a meeting with the Councilmen to talk over the proposed building plans of the Bendix Aviation Corp., meeting to be held possibly on Thursday,Dec. 6. A committee from the Sportsmanst Club were present and stated their intention of acquiring a piece of property north of the Town Park on which they planned to build a Club House, beginning with a basement and building on as they are able. They p &an a parking lot and a program of a social and recreational nature. They asked if the Council approved such a project for this property. The Council did approve and asked the committee to appear again at the January meeting to aiswer questions that might arise at that time. Mr. Baker read a letter of resignation from Mr. Radnich, who has been Town Council representative on the Advisory Council of School Dist. 406 for the past ten years. His resignation was accepted with regret. Mr. Hegel was asked to contact Mr. Davis and request he finish the rock wall. Mr. bartholmey, who had applied a business license eatlisr in the year but had failed to pick it up again requested a license to sell used car at 14025 interurban Ave. His request was granted.
