AN ORDINANCE REVISING SECTION NO 24 ORDINANCE NO 128
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA
SECTION 24 The rates for the use of water
etiall be as follows! Forthe first seven hundred(700) cubic
factor leas per month or fractional part,$2.25.Provided!
where two or more separate buildings or premises are
supplied by the same tueYer the minimum rate shall be ',t;2.25
per month for each such building or premises,as lone as
the meter remains on the service thru which the sxxximax
water is supplied.Provided that outbuildings such as
barns, chicken houees,garages and such shall not be cons-
trued as seperate buildingeor premises.
For all water is gxcess of Coven
hundred (700) cubic feet, sixteen (16) cents per hundred
buticubic feet.) All rates due for water are to be subject
to a discount of twenty five (250) cents if paid on or
before the tenth day of the month in which they are pay-
able.
In computing meter rate, as
provided above,results ending in one or two cents wild be
counted "0"; results ending in three,four,sik or seven
cents will be counted "5" results ending in eight or
nine oents will be counted "10".
All ordinances or parts of ordin-
ances in conflict with ti,e provisions of this ordinance
are hereby repea1
This ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage signing and
posting as provided by law
