Baker, at 3 p.m. Councilmen presemt .were Stan Minkler, Rudolf Regel, A.G.Radford, Melvin Watkins and Wynn Anderson. The minutes of the meeting of Jan. 7 were read and approved as read. The Clerk read a letter from the Board of School Directors in which they granted permission to Nick rieinz, Marshal, to use the School property in Tukwila as a site for a B.B.gun target range. A letter from Mr. Raymond Zehner was read, in which he cited damage to his Tukwila property when the Telephone Co. trespassed onto his land.. The Council felt that wr. Mr. Carl Reed, a resident,made a proposal to extend So. 149th. St. to the Macadam Road, which is beyond the County line. This would require the consent of property owners in the County.
