The regular meeting,of the Tukwila Town Council was called to
order by the Mayor, Chas. O. Baker, at 8 p.m. Councilmen present
were Stan Minkler, A.G.Radford, bielvin Watkins and Wynn Anderson.
The minutes of the meeting of Feb. 4, were read and
read. Current bills were read and upon motion ordered

The report of the Treasurer was read and accepted.
The report of the Water dept. was read and placed on file.
Mr. Lyman of More Realty proposed to the Council that he build
Bi plex, Tri -Plex or Four -Plex dwellings on Town property along the
Macadam Road. The Council requested time to look into the plan and
asked Mr. Lyman to meet with them on March 11 at which time they
would have arrived at a decision.
Mr. Minkler reported 1 building permit issued in Feb.
Mr. Bergstrom, Tukwila Council representative on the School
Advisory Council, reported briefly on School affairs.
There was some discussion of drainage problems near the Dairy
and a request for an investigation.
Mr. Baker announced the census would be taken during the month
of March. He also announced an thnformal meeting of Council on Mon.
March 13.
