A Special meeting of the Tukwila Town Council was called to
order by the Mayor, Chas. 0. Baker at 8 p.m. All members present.
The meeting was called to consider a petition regarding an
increase in vandalism incidences in Tukwila.
Mayor Baker read the Town Curfew ordinance and explained it.
Judge Naylor explained the limitations of the local Court in
cases involving Juveniles.
A number of these present took part in a very helpful
discussion of the subject and many possible solutions.
The possibility of installing street lights was advanced.
Mr. Baker suggested if property owners would pay for the lights
and their installation the own would pay the monthly service
