The regular meeting of the Tukwila Town Council was called to
order by the Mayor, Chas. 0. baker, at 8 p.m. Councilmen present
were Stan lvlinkler, Rudolf "egel, A.G.Radford, Melvin Watkins and
Wynn Anderson.
The minutes of the meeting of July 1 were read and approved
as read.
Current bills were read and upon motion ordered paid.

The report of the Water dept. was read and placed on file.
Mr. Minkler reported 5 building permits issued in July.
There was a report on the bulldozing and filling of open wells
enuth of S. 152nd. St.
The Clerk read notes taken at informal meeting of July 29, 1957.
It was moved and carried these notes be incorporated in the minutes.
The Fire dept. reported on new officers recently elected.

The Developers of Tri -Vista Terrace reported they were in-
stalling tile along 53th.Ave.So., south of 6 144 and 383 feet north
of S. 147.
Mr. Radford reported an estimate of X410.00 for cupboards in
the Town hall apabtment. It was moved and carried to accept this e
estimate.
There was some discussion of the budget for 1953.
