WHEREAS, the Council of the Town of Tukwila, Kin& Caunty Washington at a specikl meeting thereof, held on the first Monday in October, 1930, made the following estimate of expenditures and receipts from all sources other than direct tax ation upcn_ the real and personal property of said Town of Tukwila for the ensuing year of 1931.
