Other Councilmen present were Rudolf Regel, A.G.Radford, Meltin Watkins and Wynn Anderson. Ordinance No. 249, providing for the Licensing of Dogs, was, upon motion placed on its second reading, by title only. By motion Ord. No. 249 was placed on its third reading and final passage. Ordinance No. 250, providing for the Filing of candidates for election was by motion placed on its first reading. By motion Ord. No. 250 was placed on its second reading, by title, only. By motion Ord. No. 250 was placed on its third reading and final passage. Mr. Baker arrived and proceeded with the meeting. Ordinance No. 252, an ordinance amending Section 1 of Ord. No. 244, was, motion of Stan Minkler, and seconded by Mr. Regel, placed on its first reading. Motion carried. Moved by Mr. nadford and seconded by Mr. Watkins that Ord. No. 252 be placed on its second reading by title only. Motion carried. Movgg by Mr. Radford and seconded by Mr. Watkins that ord. No. 252 be placed on its third reading and final passage. Motion carried. Mr. Robt. F. Kelley of 16642- 53rd Ave. S., in the newly annexed area to the south was intrdnduced by Mr. Baker to the Council. Mr. Baker appointed Mr. Kelly a member of the Planning Commission, his term to expire January 2, 1959. Mr. Kelly said he had heard and studied the Comprehensive Plan and would have voted for it had he been given the opportunity. The Christmas Partigiven by the firemen was announced for Sunday, Dec, 22. Meeting was recessed at 8 :30 P.M. to meet on Monday, Dec. 23rd at 6 :30 P.M.
