HomeMy WebLinkAbout1958-10-20 Adjourned Minutes October 20, 1955 The recessed meeting of October 6th was called to order by the Mayor, Chas. 0. Baker, at 8 P.M. Councilmen present were titan Minkler, A. G. Radford, Wynn Anderson, R. K. Doyle and L. R. Frese. Upon motion Ord. 263, revising the.1958 budget, was placed on its 2nd reading. Upon motion Ord. 263 was placed on its 3rd reading and final passage. Mr. 'inkier reported a request for a Trailer Park, which by ordi- nance are prohibited in the town of Tukwila. Mr. Baker appointed Mr. Minkler, Mr. Anderson and Wm. Aliment to work on an ordinance covering Trailer Parks. A request for rezoning to allow the erection of an apartment house was referred to the Zoning Commission. The problem of old vacant houses, in need of extensive repairs, was discussed. Mr. Zepp was asked to investigate a different type of heat for the Council room. The question of hunting in the Town of Tukwila was brought up fpr discussion. Since there have been no complaints on the violation of existing ordinances this matter was, by motion, tabled.
