The regular meeting of the Tukwila Town Council was called to
order by the Mayor, Chas. 0. Baker, at 0 P.M. Councilmen present were
Stan Minkler, A. G. Radford, Wynn Anderson, L. R. Frese and R.K..:Lbyle.
Mr. John Dobson, Town Attorney was also present.
The minutes of the meeting of October 6th and of October 20th were
read and approved as read.
Current bills were read and upon motion ordered paid.

Mr. linkler reported 4 building permits issued in October. He
also reported on a basement building on 57th 5. which is a hazard.

The Clerk presented a certified copy of City of Seattle ordinance
No. 87631, which ordinance accepts the Franchise granted by the Town
of Tukwila to the City of Seattle, set forth in Town of Tukwila
Ordinance No. 262. It was moved and carried•tiis ordinance be accept-
ed and attached to our Ord. No. 262.
By motion, urd. No. 265, fixing salaries for 1959, was placed on
its first reading.
Upon motion, Ord. No. 264, the Water Ord. was placed on its
first reading.
