The regular'meeting of the Tukwila Town Council was called to
order by Councilman Stan Minkler, presiding in the absence of Mayor
Chas. uaker. Councilmen present were A. G. Radford, Wynn Anderson,
R. K. Doyle and L. R. Frese.
The minutes of the meeting of February were read and approved as
read.
A letter from the State Highway Department was read It stated
that the Hoghway Department expected to meet soon with the Seattle
Port Commission to determine the approved location of the bridge over
the Duwamish river, after which the town of Tukwila would be advised
of the decision.
Current bills were read and upon motion ordered paid.

Mr. Minkler reported 1 building permit issued in February.
Mr. Hegel reported on School problems.
The Beautification committee suggested a clean up of several areas.
Mr. Zepp reported he had removed a tree on So. 149th St., which
tree hed-3been considered a hazard.
Meeting was recessed at 7 :30 to meet on March 16, at 3 P.M.
