March 26, 1959
The recessed meeting of the Tukwila Town Council was called to
order by the Mayor, Chas. 0. Baker, at 8 P.M. Councilmen present
were Stan Minkler, A.G. Radford, Wynn Anderson R.K. Doyle and
L.R. Frese.
This being the date set for hearing on a petition for annexation
Mir. Baker asked if there were any oral or written protests to this
annexation There were no oral protests but three property owners
submitted written protests asking their names be deleted from the
petition.
Mr. Baker recommended no action be taken until the Council have
an opportunity to check the valuation of property after the deletions.
Ord. No. 270 vacating a portion of 56th Avenue South was by motion,
placed on its first reading. By motion ord. No. 270 was placed on its
second reading, By motion, Ordinance 270 was placed on its third read-
ing and final passage. Roll call showed Stan Minkler voting "yes
A.G. Radford voting "yes", Nynn Anderson voting "yes", nonald Doyle
voting "yes" and Lawrence Frese voting "yes

Ord. No. 271, vacating a portion of 57th Pl. S., So. 162nd St.
and 57th Ave. So., was ,by motion, placed on its first reading.
By motion Ord. Igo. 271 was placed on its second reading. By motion,
ord. No. 271 was placed on its third reading and final passage.
Roll call found Stan viinkler voting "yes A. G. Radford voting "yes
Wynn Anderson voting "yes Ronald Doyle voting "yes" ana Lawrence
Frese voting "yes
Ord. No. 272, vacating a portion of 57th Ave. So. was, by motion,
placed on its first reading. By motion "rd. No. 272 was placed on its
second reading. By motion Ord. N o. 272 was placed on its third read?
ing and final passage. Roll call showed tan kinkier voting "yes A.
G. Radford voting "yes Wynn Anderson voting "yes Ronald Doyle voting
yes" and Lawrence Frese voting "yes
Mr. kinkier moved to recess the meeting to meet on April 2, 1959
at 8 P.M. seconded and carried.
