April 3, 1959
The recessed meeting of the Tukwila Town Council was called to order
by the Mayor, Chas. 0. Baker, at 3 :90 Councilmen present were
Stan winkler, A. G. Radford and Wynn Anderson.
Application from the Seattle -First rational bank for a permit to
operate a bank in Tukwila was presented to the Council. Mr. Minkler
moved the request be referred to the License Committee, Er. Radford
seconded the motion and it was carried.

Bill Aliment of the Annexation Committee, presented a petition for
annexation of an area east of the present town limits.
Mr. Minkler moved that the council find to its satisfaction that the
petition for annexation filed with the council, complies with the
requirements of law and that the petition be accepted, that April 14,
1959, at 8 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall be set as the t
time and place for a hearing thereon; ana that notices of said public
hearing be published according to law, seconded by Mr. Anderson and
carried.
