Street Fund
May 11, 1959
A recessed meeting of the Tukwila Town ouncil was called to oraer
by the Mayor, Chas. 0. Baker, at 3 P.L. Ooungilmen present were Stan
minkler, A. G. Radford, Wynn Anderson and Larry Frese.
Officials of the Natural Gas company were present and discussed
with the Council a proposed amendment to the Gas ordinance of the
Town of Tukwila. This amendment would affect sub section it 1 of section
9 of Ordinance 239. Mr. tiliment, Fire Chief stated he approved the
amendment. Mr. Minkler moved an ordinance be drawn up amending the
Section of the ordinance named above, seconded and carried.
There was a dicusiion of the placing by the State fighway Dept. of
a Stop sign at the north approach of the bridge at Renton tiunction.
Mr. minkler moved a Resolution be drawn up voicing disapproval of
the placing of this sign, seconded by Wynn Anderson and carried.
'urrent bills were read and upon motion ordered paid.
Current Lxpense- Donald E. Pollock, insurance for year x702.32
Water Fund- Donald E. Pollock, insurance for year 106.70
Street Fund- Donald E. Pollock, insurance for year 406.41
Moved by Stan Minkler that ord. No. 275, the Fireworks ordinance
be placed on its first reading, seconded by Wynn Anderson and carried.
Meeting recessed at 10:00 p.m. to meet on May 1L at 3 P.M.
