May 13, 1959 The recessed meeting of the Tukwila Town Council was called to order by the Mayor, Chas. u. baker, at 3 P.M. Councilmen present were titan Minkler, A. G. Radford, Wynn Anderson, R. K. Doyle and L. R. Frese. ord. No. 275 the Fireworks ordinance, was by motion, placed on its second reading. By motion ord. No. 275 was placed on its third reading and final passage. The hearing on a petition for annexation having been continued from May 4th to this date Mayor Baker if the Council were satisfied that requirements had been met. Mr. Doyle, Chairman of the annexation committee recommended the petition be approved, and that the property included in the petition be annexed effective fray 23, 1959. Mr. ulinkler moved that ordinance N o. 276 annexing property to the Town of Tukwila be placed on its first reading, seconded and carried. By motion ordinance No. 276 was placed on its second reading. Ly motion ordinance No. 276 was placed on its third reading and final passage. Mr. Minkler moved the adoption of Resolution 116, a protest of the placing of the Stop sign at the bridge by the State Highway Dept., seconded and carried. Mr. Zepp showed the need of a mower for the Park. Members of the 'ouncil examined descriptions of a mower Er. Zepp had considered, and said they were agreeable to such a purchase. Mr. ilinkler moved the town advertise for bids on a used grader, sealed bids to be opened on duly 6, 1959 at 6 P.M., seconaed and carried. Chas. 0. faker, Mayor Lois T. Newton, Clerk
