May 23, 1959
A Special meeting of the Tukwila Town Council, meeting jointly
with the Tukwila Planning Commission, was called to order by the mayor,
Chas G. Baker, at 9:00 p.m. Councilmen present were Stan Minkler,
A.G. Radford, Wynn Anderson, R.K. Doyle and L.R. Frese.
Larry Frese and Bob Kelly conducted a discussion on the proposed
Sub division Ordinance.
The Anacortes ordinance had been suggested as a good moael and it
was discoveded that it differed only slightly from the rough craft
drawn by Mr. Frese anf Mr. Kelly.
r-any points were discussed at length. Good progress was made and
it was agreed to continue the work on this ordinance at the next
meeting of the Planning Commission.
iueeting adjourned at 10:00 P. M.
