Planning Oommission in a ~peci~ meeting, was called to order
by the Mayo~, Chas. O. Daker at 8:45 P.~..~. CounCilmen pr.~sent
were Start Minkler, A. G. Radford, i{onaid Doyle, L. R. Frese and
Wynn Anderson.
Mr. ~{iciiard mowen, Chair~nan of the ~'mnexation co~it-~ee,
presented a petition for annexation to the Tovaa of Ttdcwila and
reco~mnended it be annexed to the Town.
After hearing the reading of the petition f:[r. minkler moved
that the Council find to its satisfaction that tho petition for
annexation filed with the Council complies with the requirements
of law and that the petition be accepted, that i~[onday, June 29,
1959, at S P.I...i., in the Oouncil Chambers of the Town Hall be set
for a Public Hearing thereon and that the Clerk be unstructed to
publish said notice in the Seattle Times and post notices in the
area to be annexed~ seconded and carried.
i~.~r, i'~rese moved that the Sub-division ordinance No. 2S1 be
placed on its first, seconded by i~'ir, i~inkler and carried.
