BE IT ORDAINED BY TEE MAYOR AND TO L N COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TUK°IILA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That ordinance No. 123 of the Town of
Tukwila, entitled:
"An Ordinance providing for the issuance of
$14,000 MUNICIPAL WATER ORES BOND FUND BONDS
of the Town of Tukwila, authorized by Ordin-
ance N. 112 of said town.°
be and the same is hereby repealed.
Passed the Tbwn Council at an adjourned reg-
ular meeting thereof held on Lay 1929.
