The recessed meeting of the Tukwila Town Council was callec to
order by the luayor, Charles O. Laker, at P.M. Councilmen present
were Stan Minkler, A. G. Radford, Wynn Anderson, R. K. Doyle and
L. R. Frese.
-Bids for rip rapping along the river were received and opened.

asked for time in which to examine more carefully the bids. Mr.
Doyle moved the decision be postponed until Thursday, Oct. 23rd,.
seconded and carried.
Mr. and Mrs. Plink reported a drainage problem affecting their
property. Mr. Baker asked Mr. Radford and ivir. Zepp to inspect the
premises and suggest the needed correction.

Members of the Tukwila Planning Commission joined the Town
Council for a joint meeting, to take up the need to secure more
suitable access and egress routes from points in town to the new
proposed r'reeways.
Mr. George McBroom, attorney for South center ,Inc. was
delegated to draw up a resolution pointing out the problem of the
town and suggesting changes in the routes proposed by the State
Highway department, on September 23rd.
Meeting recessed at 10 P.M. to meet on October 22 at 7 P.M.
