AN ORDINANCE accepting the proposal of A. Del. Guzzo for
the construction of a water supply system for the Town
of Tukwila, designating the kind and duality of pipe
for such work, and authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to
execute a contract covering such work.
WHEREAS, heretofore by ordinance the Town of Tuk-
wila adopted plans and specifications for the construction
of a water supply system for said town and thereafter and
in the manner provided by law, called for bids for such work,
under which call for bids all bidders were required to bid
separately on the various kinds and qualities of pipe in
said plans and specifications mentioned; and
WHEREAS, in conformity with such call for bids,
several bids were received, and it is now deemed for the
best interests of said town to designate 0 D Lapwelded Steel
Pipe as the kind and quality of pipe to be used in the con-
struction of said water supply system and to accept the
proposal of A. Del Guzzo ror said work, same being the low-
est and best bid received;
NOW, TRERMrORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF TTJKWILA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That 0 D Lapwelded Steel Pipe be and
the same is hereby designated as the kind and quality of pipe
to be used in the construction of said water supply system
for said town.
SECTION 2. That the proposal for the construction
of said water supply system, as submitted by A. Del Guzzo,
be and the same is hereby accepted, and that the Mayor and
Clerk are hereby authorized and directe to enter into a con-
tract with stiid A. Del Guzzo for the construction of said
water supply system in accordance with plans and specifications
therefor heretofore adopted.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and posting.
Passed the Town Council at a regular meeting there
of held on March 7 1929.
