Laker, at 3:00 p.m. Councilmen present were Stan Minkler, A. G. Radford, Wynn Anderson, R. K. Doyle. E. W. Ives and Jerry Hamilton, Councilmen elect, were also present. In the absence of the Clerk ''layor baker appointed Mr. Hamilton to act as Clerk protem. Minutes of the i'larch meetings were read and approved as read. Mr. Anderson reported Mr. Zepp felt he could take care of rodent control in the Town Hall. Mr. Aliment felt the Fire Hall should be handled by the Rodent Control Co. Mayor baker asked the Committee appointed to look into this problem to bring in a decision on April 13. Mr. Anderson reported that no sewage from the Kamcy Ramspeck property was going into the Valley, also that Mrs. Ramspeck has an easement to cross this property. He stated he had advised her to see her attorney regarding this matter. It was announced the State Pollution Control Commission will make their decision regarding the dumping by Metro of effluent into the Duwamish River on April 11, 1960. Mr. Doyle moved a final letter of protest be sent to the Commission, seconded by mr. ivlinkler and carried. Mayor Baker read the written requests and stated there would be an informal hearing on these requests on April 11, 1960, beginning at 7 :00 P.M. Mayor Baker announced the Legislative District meeting to be held at Tonkinst Cafe on April 15th. Those planning to attend are Mayor and Mrs. maker, Stan and Mrs. Minkler and E. W. and Mrs. Ives.
