Mayor Charles 0. baker was present at the Town Hall at 8 :00 r.M.,
but, since the members of the Council were aware that the
Hearing,
for this date, had been postponed until Wednesday, September 281960,
they did not appear.
Mr. Chas. Rubert was the only citizen present and he and Mayor
Baker conferred on other town matters.
Mayor baker declared the Hearing be continued to September 28,1960,
at 8 :00 P.M.
