The recessed meeting of the P'uxwila Town "ouncil was called to
order by the Mayor, Charles C. faker, at c P.i,i. Councilmen present
were Stan Kinkier, A. G. tadford, E.W.IvesY R.if.Doyle.
Earle Parker, Town iviarshal reported on the accident in which the
Police car was wrecked and Dlr. wanson injured. Council requested
Mr. Parker negotiate with the insurance Company for a settlement of
$2600.00. Mr. Doyle moved Mr. Parker be given authority to make a
settlement as stated above, seconded by i1ir. Radford and carried.
gar. Doyle moved the town advertise for bids for a new Poli9e car,
bids to be opened on December 5, 1960 at 3 :00
Mr. Zepp reported the County Engineers are at work on flood
control work along the river.
The condition of the excavated hillside adjacent to 162nd Street was
discussed at some length. Mayor Baker urged close coordination
between the property owners and the developers in this situation.
Mr. Ives moved meeting be adjourned, seconded by iir. Doyle and
carried. Adjourned at 9 :30 PM
