A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 1287, WHICH ESTABLISHES THE 1994 WAGE
SCHEDULE FOR NON REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES.
WHEREAS, the classification of Court Administrator has been removed from the
Teamsters' bargaining unit through a Unit Clarification; and
WHEREAS, the classification of Court Administrator became a non represented
classification effective July 1,1994; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has completed a compensation review in order to place
the classification of Court Administrator on the salary schedule for non represented
employees; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the non represented salary schedule
adopted December 13, 1993 will be amended to include the classification of Court
Administrator;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The salary level for the classification of Court Administrator shall be set as
reflected on Attachment "A" to this Resolution.
Section 2. All other terms and conditions of Resolution No. 1287 shall remain in force
and affect.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNIL OF THE TY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, at a
