AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THE NATIONAL BANK OF
COMMERCE AS THE OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY FOR THE
MONEY AND FUNDS OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE TO1JN OF
TUKWILA
Section 1. That the National Bank of Com-
merce, a banking institution
doing a general banking business in the City
of Seattle, be and the same is hereby selected
and designated as the official depository of
money and funds for the Town of Tukwila.
Section 2. That the maximum amount of
money deposited in the said
National Bank of Commerce at one time'will be
$25,000 dollars.
Section 3. That the Council of the Town
of Tukwila and the Treasurer
of the said Town be and the same are, empowered
to enter into such contract or contracts with
the Said National Bank of Commerce in accordance
with the laws of the State of Washington and
the laws and ordinances of the Town of Tukwila
as may be necessary.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall take
effect immeddtately upon its pas-
sage and upon its approval by the Mayor.
Passed the Town Council this J19 day of
August, 1928, and signed by me in open session
in authentication of its passage this 10th day
of August 1928
