HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 1312 - 1995 Non-Represented Employees Salary Schedule and Benefits Summary (Repealed by Res 1388) i Q i i O 1908 C ity o f Tu Washington Resolution No. 1312 Amended by Res 1316 Repealed by Res 1388 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, GRANTING A WAGE ADJUSTMENT TO NON REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY, AND AMENDING THE NON REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES SALARY SCHEDULE CONTAINED IN APPENDIX "A" OF RESOLUTION 1287. WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the most recent cost -of- living index for Seattle /Tacoma (July -July) and desires to amend Appendix "A and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to provide an appropriate level of compensation for its non represented employees; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DO HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Cost -of- Living Adjustment. All non represented regular full -time and regular part -time employees shall receive a 3.15% cost of living adjustment (which reflects 90% of the CPI -W), effective January 1, 1995. Section 2. Amended Salary Schedule. The salary schedule attached hereto as Appendix "A and by this reference thereto incorporated herein as if fully set forth, has been amended by three and fifteen one hundredths percent (3.15 cost of living adjustment for 1995. Said schedule is hereby adopted, effective January 1, 1995. Section 3. Red Lined Employees. Employees whose current salaries are above the top step of the new salary schedule, commonly referred to as "Red Lined," shall receive no COLA increases until their position comes back in line with the top step of the salary schedule.
