A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
1312, WHICH ESTABLISHES THE 1995 WAGE SCHEDULE
FOR NON REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES.
WHEREAS, the classifications of Maintenance Operations Manager and Internal
Operations Manager have been developed for the Public Works Department; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has completed a compensation review in order to place the
classifications of Maintenance Operations Manager and Internal Operations Manager on the
salary schedule for non represented employees; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the non represented salary schedule
adopted December 12, 1994, will be amended to include the classifications of Maintenance
Operations Manager and Internal Operations Manager;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The salary level for the classifications of Maintenance Operations Manager
and Internal Operations Manager shall be established as reflected on Attachment "A" to this
Resolution.
Section 2. All other terms and conditions of Resolution No. 1312 shall remain in force
and effect.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TnWCITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, at a
regular meeting thereof this day of 1995.
