Resolution No. 1349 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY AND PROVIDING FOR A SOLE SOURCE
VENDOR, PROLINE, TO PROVIDE A VIDEO
SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM TO THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the City desires to aggressively combat crime in our Highway 99
corridor; and
WHEREAS, the City requires that only a local vendor experienced with a video
surveillance system for other cities be selected; and
WHEREAS, the City requires that the vendor be able to provide immediate
installation; and
WHEREAS, the City has determined that Proline of Bellevue, Washington can
meet the City's requirements;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City hereby determines that Proline of Bellevue, Washington can
provide the video surveillance equipment, including installation, for the Tukwila Police
Department per their specifications.
Section 2. The City will use drug forfeiture budgeted amounts of up to $35,000 to
finance this purchase.
