HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 1350 - Petty Cash Fund and Change Fund (Repealed by Res 1372) z rsoa Tukwi it o )3 72L Washington Resolution No. 1350 Repealed by Res 1372 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, INCREASING THE PETTY CASH FUNDS AND MAINTAINING THE CHANGE FUNDS, AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 1251. WHEREAS, the City Council previously established Change Funds and Petty Cash Fund levels, most recently by Resolution No. 1251; and WHEREAS, there is a need to increase the petty cash fund at the Finance Department to $700.00, the Recreation Center to $400.00, and Public Works Division II to $350.00; and WHEREAS, there is a need to maintain adequate petty cash funds and change funds for operational efficiency; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Change Fund levels are hereby set as follows: Finance Department Water Fund 100.00 Municipal Court General Fund 50.00 Parks and Recreation General Fund 30.00 Golf Course Foster Golf Course Fund 1,200.00 (or less as needed) Section 2. The Petty Cash Fund levels are hereby set as follows: Finance Department General Fund 700.00 Police Investigation General Fund 5,000.00 Fire Department General Fund 150.00 Recreation Center General Fund 400.00 Public Works Div. II General Fund 350.00 Section 3. Resolution No. 1251 is hereby repealed. PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, at a regular meeting thereof this �o `hj day of 1996.
