AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE DEPOSITION OF GARBAGE ON THE STREETS OR
IN THE ALLEYS OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR
VIOLATION OF THE SAME.
BE IT ORDAINED By the Town Council of Tukwila:
Section 1� It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to deposit
garbage of any character, vegetable or animal, upon any street or in
any alley, or upon any private or vacant property within. the Town of
Tukwila.
Section 2. It shall be the duty of the Streets and Alleys Committee of the
Town of Tukwila, or of the Town Council as a whole, to fix a suitable
place to be used as a dumping ground for Garbage.
Section 3. It shall be the duty of the Town Clerk to post notices
apprising the public of the location of such Garbage Dump.
Section 4 Any person violating section 1 of this Ordinance shall be deemed
to be guilty of a misdemeanor; and upon conviction. thereof sha11_bs
punished by a fine of not less than nor more than iY
or by imprisonment in the County Jail for not less than,,L days nor
more than days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
Section 5, This Ordinance shall be and become effective on and after the
date of its passage.
